Model LT316 “Sfumato” Floor lamp

Designed by Carlo Nason for Mazzega in the 1970s, the Model LT316 floor lamp is among the most accomplished examples of modular Murano glass lighting from the period. Composed of individually hand-blown glass elements stacked upon a bronze base, the design achieves a remarkable balance between sculptural presence and functional elegance.

The lamp’s distinctive vertical composition is created through a sequence of clear and satin-finished glass modules, producing a rhythmic interplay of transparency, texture, and light.
