Purchase and payment
We’ll do everything we can to make your purchase at Bespoke Vintage Design a smooth experience, from the order to shipping/handling and delivery. These terms and conditions are part of Dutch law, the country where we are located. 

In the unfortunate case of damage to the returned product(s), the refund will be halted until the full insurance claim has been resolved. 

Our website operates purely under Dutch law. Therefore, we give no guarantee that any orders from outside the Netherlands comply with any applicable non-Dutch laws or regulations. The use of our website by a customer and any order with us are governed by Dutch law, and the customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch court.

The customer’s purchase is only valid after the order has been accepted by Bespoke Vintage Design. 

Payment is possible via iDeal (in the Netherlands) of via Invoice (in other countries). If you choose Invoice, we will confirm your order including any shipping fees. Invoices can be paid with iDeal, Credit Card or wire transfer. Note that a product will only be shipped after the total amount is paid.


All product(s) bought by customers from within the EU can be returned within 14 days after their delivery date. Before the return procedure can take place, the customer has to contact us. We will refund the product price (or part of it in case of damages) within 30 days of receiving the product(s) back. In case the customer can’t return the product(s) personally, they have to use the same transport carrier (fully insured) and pack the product(s) with the same secure packaging material. The consumer bears the return costs. The original shipping cost (to the customer) will not be refunded.

Canceling an order
Any order can be canceled within the first 48 hours after acceptance. We will refund the product price within 30 days. Except for the costs possibly made by Bespoke Vintage Design in case of special requests from the customer (i.e., custom shipping boxes). These costs will be reduced from the purchase price. 

Product test placements
Our products are only displayed on our website and design platforms. For this reason, we do not offer the service of test placements of products (i.e., furniture, accessories) in the customer’s interior unless otherwise discussed with the customer. 

Custom product requests
At Bespoke Vintage Design we only re-upholster furniture we buy ourselves. This gives the products their Bespoke-feel. Therefore, we don’t do commissioned re-upholstery.

Product images and texts
All products have been carefully photographed and described for the customer to make a conscious purchase decision. If anything is unclear, contact us. We are happy to give you additional information. 

Some products may differ from the images displayed as we sometimes use mock-ups (i.e., cushions) to show the product as clearly as possible.
