At Bespoke Vintage, we offer a carefully curated collection of authentic vintage designer furniture, primarily from the United States and Scandinavia, with a focus on pieces from the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s.

From iconic seating to distinctive lighting and unique decorative objects, every piece is selected for its quality, craftsmanship, and timeless design. By choosing vintage, you not only add character and authenticity to your project, but also contribute to a more sustainable approach to furnishing and production.

RENTAL TERMS

• The rental fee is 20% of the purchase value per week (excluding 21% VAT);
• The minimum rental period is one week;
• The full purchase value serves as a security deposit and must be paid in advance;
• After the item is returned without damage, the deposit will be refunded minus the rental fee;
• Not all furniture is available for rental. Availability is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

TRANSPORT

• Transport can be arranged by Bespoke Vintage for an additional fee;
• You may also choose to arrange transport yourself (pick-up in Gorinchem, NL);
• If you organize transport independently, we will carefully package the furniture for transit;
• From the moment of collection, the renter assumes responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft;
• To document the condition of the furniture, we take and share photographs on the day of handover;
• vRented furniture must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Verhuur van vintage meubels

Op zoek naar karaktervolle vintage meubels voor een fotoshoot, filmproductie, evenement, beursstand of interieurproject? Bij Bespoke Vintage verhuren wij een zorgvuldig samengestelde collectie authentieke vintage designmeubelen uit voornamelijk Amerika en Scandinavië, specifiek uit de jaren ’50, ’60 en ’70.

Van iconische zitmeubelen tot bijzondere verlichting en unieke objecten: ieder stuk wordt door ons geselecteerd op kwaliteit, vakmanschap en tijdloos design. Door vintage te kiezen, voeg je niet alleen karakter en authenticiteit toe aan jouw project, maar draag je ook bij aan een duurzamere manier van inrichten en produceren.

HUURVOORWAARDEN

• De huurprijs bedraagt 20% (excl. 21% btw) van de aanschafwaarde per week;
• De minimale huurperiode is 1 week;
• De volledige aanschafwaarde geldt als borgsom en dient vooraf te worden voldaan;
• Na schadevrije retourontvangst wordt de borg, minus de huurprijs, teruggestort;
• Niet alle meubels zijn beschikbaar voor verhuur. Beschikbaarheid wordt per aanvraag beoordeeld.

TRANSPORT

• Transport kan door Bespoke Vintage worden verzorgd tegen een meerprijs;
• Je kunt er ook voor kiezen het transport zelf te organiseren (pick-up in Gorinchem, NL);
• Indien je zelf voor transport zorgdraagt, worden de meubelstukken door ons zorgvuldig verpakt voor vervoer;
• Vanaf het moment van ophalen gaat het risico op verlies, beschadiging of diefstal over op de huurder;
• Ter vastlegging van de staat van het meubelstuk maken wij op de dag van overdracht foto’s en delen deze;
• Gehuurde meubels dienen in dezelfde staat te worden geretourneerd als waarin zij zijn ontvangen.

AANVRAAG VERHUUR

Wil je één of meerdere meubelstukken huren? Stuur dan een e-mail naar [email protected] met:

• De gewenste meubelstukken;
• De startdatum én huurperiode (minimaal één week);
• De locatie van het project of evenement;
• Een korte omschrijving van het project waarvoor de meubels worden ingezet;
• Of er mogelijkheden zijn voor naamsvermelding van Bespoke Vintage in de productie of publicatie;
• Eventuele wensen met betrekking tot transport.
